Our sourcing fee varies based on the item’s cost, availability, exclusivity, and location.
The sourcing fee is taken upfront when we start the sourcing process. Our
longstanding relationships with fashion houses are built on mutual respect,
allowing us to secure the rarest pieces quickly, and we want to keep that
magic alive!
We offer worldwide delivery with DHL Express and other trusted courier
partners. We’ll arrange the shipping and provide you with tracking details
once your item is on its way.
Since each item is exclusively sourced for you, we’re unable to offer returns
or exchanges. Please consult with me and my team of sourcing fairies, and
we’ll be happy to help you choose the perfect fit from the start!
The cost of your desired item will be determined by its current retail price plus our sourcing fee. Once we locate the item, we’ll let you know the total price, including the sourcing fee and the shipping cost to you.
Every request is unique, but we generally aim to source your piece within
5-10 working days. For more exclusive items, the timeframe might be longer. If you have a last-minute must-have, let us know—we’ll do our best to work our magic!
Full payment is required within 24 hours of locating your piece. Since luxury items are highly limited, we kindly ask that you complete the payment promptly to secure your piece. We accept bank transfers in most currencies, including GBP, EUR, USD
payments.
You can cancel your sourcing request as long as the piece hasn’t been
located. Please note that the sourcing fee is non-refundable for cancelled
orders.
